Hello and welcome to all you Spot-The-Ball fans.
This great game is back!
One of my earliest memories - apart from kicking a football around in our back garden - was helping my Dad play Spot-The-Ball in the local paper.
- David Seaman MBE
Every week Dad and I would sit at the table after tea and pore over every tiny detail of a black and white photograph taken from a recent football match. We carefully placed our crosses where we thought the ball was. It was my job to lick the envelope, hand the coupon to the newsagent and then wait agonisingly to see if we had won.
It was a wonderful tradition and I miss it. But now it's back - bigger, faster and better than ever.
Spot-The-Ball has returned thanks to SpottoCash. I was delighted when they asked me to join their team, giving me the opportunity to re-live one of my many passions and childhood memories.
My role here is to ensure we offer you the very best football game of skill available. I am the SpottoCash Ambassador, the Captain if you like, and Chairman of a team of dedicated professional judges.
Just as with the traditional game, entrants have to use their skill and knowledge of football to decide and place a Spot where they think the position of the centre of the ball is on a live action photograph from a real match.
The judges meet after the competition has closed and use their professional knowledge and skill to debate and decide where they think the centre of the ball should be. The winner of the weekly guaranteed £10,000 cash prize will be the entrant whose Spot is on, or closest to the judges’ position.
You can also test your skills in our free solo and head-to-head games.
Come and join in the fun with me and find out if you can match or be closest to the judges’ position.
I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do.
